Located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Pacific Dawn Manufacturing Inc. built it's first portable spas certified to CSA standards in early 1988. The president of Pacific Dawn Manufacturing Inc. was a founding partner of Ridgewood Enterprises in Kelowna, British Columbia who produced portable spas under the Crystal Waters brand. By 1990 they were the exclusive supplier of hot tubs for Costco Canada.
In 1990 Pacific Dawn Manufacturing Inc. produced their first hot tubs under the Pacific Dawn label. They were the first manufacturer in Canada to have a certified portable hot tub utilizing Balboa solid state controls. 33 years and tens of thousands of spas later Pacific Dawn Manufacturing Inc. are still incorporating Balboa controls and hot tub components in their hot tubs and swim spas.
